Coordinate, advise, and monitor design teams to deliver quality designs on time and budget.
Ensure integration of systems (power, cooling, IT, security, firefighting) with CSA aspects.
Lead cost/time-benefit analyses and present solutions aligned with project goals.
Manage engineering firms and consultants, distributing tasks for balanced output.
Oversee design development from inception to RIBA3, ensuring accurate documents.
Promote energy-efficient design and ESG goals (BREEAM/LEED).

🎯 Requirements

Multidisciplinary design management experience (CSA/MEP/Firefighting).
Hyperscale or colocation data centre experience.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
Master’s degree in Engineering; 5+ years in data centre design (CSA/MEP).
Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams and construction/tenant improvements.
PMP or PgMP certification is a plus; Knowledge of French.
