Coordinate and lead the design team to deliver high-quality design on time.
Ensure integration of systems (power, cooling, IT, security, firefighting) with CSA.
Lead cost/time analyses and present design solutions meeting project goals.
Manage design consultants and contractors to deliver quality outputs.
Oversee design development from inception to technical documents.
Promote energy-efficient design and ESG certifications (BREEAM/LEED).

🎯 Requirements

Master's in Engineering (Building/Structural/MEP/IT).
5+ years in data centre design focusing on CSA and MEP.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams on new construction and improvements.
Strong consultant negotiation and contract management skills.
PMP or PgMP certification is a plus.
Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and MS Office suite.
