🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in architectural or interior architecture design.
- Experience on multifamily projects (preferred).
- Knowledge of product type parameters for site/building design.
- Ability to create complete design presentation package.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience presenting to clients.
- Knowledge of building codes.
