• Own design across product, brand, and go-to-market surfaces
• Manage and mentor other designers
• Shape product experiences in Highnote’s embedded finance platform
• Senior level role; portfolio required for consideration

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, leading and building teams
• 2+ years of experience managing and growing a design team
• Expertise in product systems, user experience, and technical design (fintech/payments)
• Demonstrated impact on product strategy, UX, and business outcomes in high-scale environments
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to define vision, strategy, and metrics
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills linking design vision to customer and business impact
