🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Designer, ideally in a digital/advertising environment.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects a bonus.
Strong portfolio in digital design and advertising materials.
Proven experience across all design stages, from concept to final execution.
Strong typography, grid systems, interaction design, and storytelling.
Ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
