🎯 Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree or Technologist level in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years aerospace experience
- Strong knowledge of industry specifications and processes
- Experience with Catia, 3DExperience and other CAD
- Strong problem-solving skills and outside the box thinker
- Enjoys coaching and teaching and has solid collaborative skills
