Assist Senior Engineer and serve as Engineer of Record when assigned.
Coordinate with disciplines and participate in meetings to resolve issues.
Prepare and supervise scaled drawings, specs, and contract documents.
Perform calculations using Excel or engineering software for mechanical/building systems.
Perform construction administration: RFIs, submittal reviews, and on-site observations.
Lead field work: verification, assessments, troubleshooting for building system performance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
Valid Cédula Profesional in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in building systems or MEP.
Proficiency in Revit; experience with mechanical system modeling is a plus.
Ability to speak, understand, and write in English.
Analytical and quantitative skills; strong problem solving and communication.
