Collaborate with the CTO on product direction and roadmap

🎯 Requirements

Strong design taste and ability to ship in production (React/TypeScript)
Built and maintained a design system used by multiple products/teams
Experience designing UX for AI-native products; comfortable with non-determinism and streaming
Curious about how organizations, workflows, and markets work
Clear communicator who earns trust with non-tech users
Able to distill conflicting user feedback into a clear build direction
