Drive vehicle design improvements with hardware teams
Provide critical peer review and approval of hardware designs during design reviews
Drive development of tools to disseminate design criteria
Align designs across avionics, propulsion, structures, launch, manufacturing, and test
Rapid concept design, analysis, and testing on development hardware
Derive hardware capabilities within hardware limits

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering
1+ years mechanical design, manufacturing, or analysis experience (internships qualify)
ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible for required authorizations
Willing to work long hours and weekends as needed
