🎯 Requirements

3+ years of sales experience in fintech/capital markets
3+ years managing institutional/high-net-worth client portfolios
Broad understanding of derivatives markets and client solutions
Passionate about evolving crypto industry
Series 3 license or willingness to obtain one
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
