The Role
We are seeking a proactive and versatile
Lead People Generalist to join our People team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This critical hybrid role combines the essential daily functions of a traditional HR Generalist with the strategic design and management of high-impact organisational programs.A key distinction of this role is the mandate to identify, implement, and optimise technology—specifically
AI and automation tools—to streamline core HR processes, enhance employee experience, and free our People team for more strategic initiatives. You will serve as both a hands-on employee partner and a dedicated program leader, driving fairness, compliance, and efficiency across the employee lifecycle. CompensationThe salary range for this position takes into account multiple factors that are all considered to determine an individual candidate’s starting pay. These factors include but are not limited to: market factors, experience, technical and non-technical skills, education, certifications, and other business acumen.
