- 15+ years in healthcare/digital health/health tech law with leadership in product counseling.
- Experience advising on product development, regulatory submissions, or tech matters.
- Experience with FDA-regulated software, SaMD, or digital health products preferred.
- Familiarity with AI/ML governance frameworks or healthcare AI regulation.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school and active license.
