- Serve as strategic legal partner to Product team and stakeholders, advising on US offerings from concept to launch.
- Identify legal/regulatory risks of new products; advise on design to mitigate risk for US market.
- Develop, draft and manage disclosures for new products, including terms, customer agreements, events, and risk notices.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Finance to track regulatory developments and assess product impact.
- Coordinate cross-functional input into product launches with Legal and Compliance for seamless delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- Law degree from a top law school.
- Admission to practice in any US state.
- 10+ years in product counseling and financial services regulatory matters.
- Experience engaging with US regulators (CFTC, SEC, etc).
- Sound judgment with stakeholder management and risk assessment.
- Business-driven with strong drafting and communication skills; English proficiency.
- Fintech/digital asset or Web3 experience is a plus.
