🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years of legal experience with significant litigation or enforcement.
- Exceptional communicator and advocate; explain complex issues clearly.
- Strategic, practical thinker; weigh risk without slowing business.
- Comfortable owning decisions and giving direct advice when needed.
- Experience with government investigations/enforcement (federal + state).
- In-house tech company experience plus strong law firm litigation background; fintech a plus.
