Advise GC on product launches and international expansion.
Navigate BSA/AML and NACHA rules; interpret Card Brand Rules.
Lead and develop a small legal team across the Americas.

🎯 Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership.
12+ years legal experience, largely in payments/merchant acquiring.
Expert in payments; negotiating/drafting acquiring, gateway, and currency contracts.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-priority projects.
Background in Global Acquirer, Card Network, ISV, Payfac, or PSP.
