  • Lead non-incentive clean transportation projects across grid integration, utility engagement, and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Supervise and develop staff (3–4 CALSTARTs) with coaching and professional growth.
  • Translate portfolio strategy into executable workplans and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as cross-functional integrator with policy, other CALSTART initiatives, and support teams.
  • Ensure delivery excellence: track milestones, KPIs, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Engage external stakeholders: CALSTART members, utilities, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10 years in clean transportation, energy, utilities, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental policy, or related.
  • PMP preferred but not required.
  • Experience leading multi-stakeholder, non-incentive zero-emission projects.
  • Formal people-management experience with coaching and staff development.
  • Strong PM skills; cross-functional collaboration; stakeholder management.
