  • 6+ years in BSA/AML and Sanctions compliance, incl. program mgmt.
  • Strong knowledge of US BSA/AML, OFAC, and financial crime frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and own complex initiatives.
  • Experience overseeing investigations, SAR filings, and regulatory reporting.
  • Strong risk assessment, control design, and governance expertise.
