🎯 Requirements
- 3–6+ years in deployment, implementation, solutions, technical program management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts in production environments.
- Strong systems thinking and comfort working with technical concepts (APIs, integrations, workflows).
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete plans and outcomes.
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives.
