Go onsite to meet with customer analysts and identify pain points.
Identify datasets and work with engineers to build data pipelines.
Build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and adoption.
Present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to executives.
Embed with Engineering and Product Design teams to translate field insights into product offerings.

🎯 Requirements

Ability to travel 25–75% (varies by location and team).
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven problem solving.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with Python, R, Matlab or SQL is a plus.
Comfort working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
