Lead and manage deployment of AMR in customer warehouses, ensuring timely execution.
Facilitate kickoff sessions to define expectations, milestones, and alignment.
Drive workshops to clarify goals, gather requirements, and lock scope/config.
Develop schedules, cross-functional plans, and resource strategies for execution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and external vendors.
Ensure customer satisfaction and conduct post-project evaluation to identify success factors.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, CIS or related field.
3+ years’ experience in high tech project management.
3+ years’ experience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing.
3+ years’ experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Proficiency in developing and maintaining complex project plans for applications.
Proficient English and German communication skills (written & verbal).
