Deployment Manager

📋 Description

• Orchestrate multi-product deployments of Axon hardware/software
• Serve as primary contact for technology users and decision makers at law enforcement agencies
• Collaborate with internal deployment teams to ensure seamless implementations and timelines
• Provide structure and clarity where ambiguity exists in customer needs and implementation process
• Document customer issues, providing feedback to leaders and other key stakeholders
• Maintain internal project dashboards and communication

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of project deployment and coordination experience preferred
• 1-2 years working collaboratively in complex environments
• Experience with technical project management tracking tools to ensure project tracking and completion
• Strong customer relationship management with stakeholder alignment under tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
