• Financial numeracy; comfort with margins and unit economics.

• Strong technical fluency; quickly understand complex systems.

• Ability to communicate credibly with technical stakeholders.

• Track record partnering with engineers and PMs.

• Delivers on ambitious timelines with high quality.
