Deployment Engineer, North America

📋 Description

• Implement and deploy robotic order fulfillment at customer sites.
• Install and integrate robotic hardware, software, and servers.
• Create SLAM-based maps of warehouses using AutoCAD.
• Manage onsite customer relationships with internal and external teams.
• Assist with infrastructure setup and robot/software configuration.
• Provide on-site support after installation to address issues.
• Perform other duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ year experience with Autonomous Mobile Robots and deploying warehouse software.
• Valid passport; travel across US/Canada/Mexico as needed (up to 90%).
• Strong Linux/Unix, ROS, and SLAM navigation experience.
• Deep familiarity with warehouse/fulfillment center mapping.
• IT or complex professional systems deployment knowledge.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Spanish (written and verbal); English communication.
