🎯 Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in deployment, release management, or DevOps in Banking or Capital Markets domain.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and deployment lifecycle.
- Experience with distributed systems or financial platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Experience with Java-based application deployments, Linux/Red Hat environments, and CI/CD tools and scripting is highly preferred.
