Configure, image, and customize POS and credit card equipment.
Program, test, package, and ship POS equipment, peripherals, and supplies.
Fulfill daily orders, receive incoming supplies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Work independently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly using provided instructions and procedures.
Maintain knowledge of processes, procedures, and departmental impact on company operations.

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma or GED; certifications (A+, Net+, Security+, Microsoft) helpful.
Lift 10-20 lbs regularly; up to 30 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Credit card industry experience (acquiring or issuing) preferred.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Access, Windows apps and email.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong time management; able to work independently under pressure.
