Configure, image, and customize POS and credit card equipment.
Program, test, package, and ship POS equipment and accessories.
Fulfill daily orders, receive supplies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Work independently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly using provided instructions.
Maintain knowledge of processes, procedures, and departmental impact on operations.

🎯 Requirements

High School Certificate or equivalent; certifications (A+, Net+, Security+, Microsoft) beneficial.
Ability to frequently lift 5–10 kg, occasional up to 15 kg, and up to 25 kg.
Credit card industry experience (acquiring or issuing) preferred.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Access, Windows applications, and email.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong time management and ability to work independently under pressure.
