Act as product lead inside strategic customer accounts; help customers adopt OpenAI products.
Identify opportunities for deeper deployment, new integrations, and broader usage.
Build trusted relationships with CTOs, engineers, and executives; present product vision.
Partner with Deployment Engineers and GTM teams to drive deployments and growth.
Translate customer needs into product feedback and execution paths.
Work hands-on with integrations, MCPs, tooling to unblock accounts.
