- Explain and resolve SaaS tech aspects (security, APIs, SLAs, emails)
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (needs analysis, positioning, justification, closing)
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
- Undergraduate degree; strong academic performance
