- Self-starter with ownership; uses data/tools to resolve issues.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration; explain tech to diverse audiences.
- CCaaS and CRM experience (Twilio, Amazon Connect, Five9, SFDC).
- AI-native workflows and MCP connectors experience.
