Create synthetic conversations and AI model behaviors for pre-sales.
Perform Conversation Assessments and data analyses to quantify impact.
Strengthen demo environments with QA/QM, reporting, configurations, and dashboards.
Design dashboards with metadata layers to ensure authentic, industry-specific demos.
Establish Gen AI frameworks for CX evaluation and complaint detection.

🎯 Requirements

Cultural alignment, resilience, coachable with growth mindset.
3+ years in conversational design and AI-driven workflows.
Deep understanding of contact center ops and metrics across industries.
Knowledge of evolving contact center tech and agent workflows.
Experience collaborating with Solutions Engineers, Sales, and Product in pre-sales.
Second language fluency is a plus.
