- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align planning with objectives.
- Develop and implement KPIs to track material actions and risks.

- Leverage lead times and part availability data to improve design releases.
- Coordinate with suppliers for long lead components to ensure timely procurement.
🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS in business, operations, or related field (or 4 years of experience)
- 2+ years of demand planning in manufacturing
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience leading scheduling with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with BOMs and ERP/MRP/PLM/MES integration
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work evenings/weekends
