Demand Planner

📋 Description

• Analyze sales and inventory data at SKU level to forecast by customer account.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to align planned targets with forecasted demand.
• Measure forecast accuracy with KPIs and identify root causes of variances.
• Proactively communicate forecast changes and demand trends to Supply Planning.
• Build and maintain forecasting models and reports in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Update weeks-of-supply and inventory outlooks based on the latest forecast.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field.
• 2-3 years in Supply Chain with 1-2 years in Demand Planning or Sales Forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex models and reports).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills; problem-solving; ability to balance cross-functional needs; ERP/Demand Planning exp preferred.
