  • Build and manage POS/LOS and demand partnerships across the mortgage ecosystem.
  • Sign new integration agreements to expand reach and unblock opportunities.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans delivering partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Own commercial structure of partner deals and lead senior-level negotiations.
  • Optimize partnerships to lift volume and improve economics.
  • Represent Checkr at mortgage industry events to inform prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in partnerships/biz dev/channel sales or alliances; 3+ yrs in fintech SaaS
  • Mortgage LOS/POS systems experience (Encompass, nCino, ICE, Blend, Empower)
  • Proven channel/marketplace motions β€” GTM, enablement, and partner-sourced pipeline
  • Strong commercial fluency; negotiated referral/integration/revenue-share with C-suite
  • Experience with Product/Engineering on integration scoping and roadmap trade-offs
  • Data fluency to model partner-sourced pipeline and commercial trade-offs
