- Mortgage LOS/POS systems experience (Encompass, nCino, ICE, Blend, Empower)
- Proven channel/marketplace motions β GTM, enablement, and partner-sourced pipeline
- Strong commercial fluency; negotiated referral/integration/revenue-share with C-suite
- Experience with Product/Engineering on integration scoping and roadmap trade-offs
- Data fluency to model partner-sourced pipeline and commercial trade-offs
