  • Design and optimize demand-gen programs across email, webinars, events, paid media, and content to drive pipeline.
  • Plan and execute ABM motions (1:1, 1:few, scalable) with Sales/BDRs to support revenue.

  • Establish feedback loops with Sales and Marketing Ops to refine lead scoring and routing.

  • 5+ years B2B growth marketing/demand gen, enterprise SaaS preferred.
  • Proven success planning multi-channel campaigns that generate pipeline.
  • Strong project management, cross-functional initiatives, and multitasking.
  • Deep understanding of core demand channels and metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline).
  • Experience partnering with Sales/BD on inbound and ABM motions.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce and Marketo for campaigns and reporting.
