  • Develop campaigns to drive expansion, cross-sell, and upsell in existing accounts.
  • Identify high-value segments and triggers signaling growth opportunities.
  • Build playbooks for expansion campaigns with the right message, moment, and motivation.
  • Integrate product roadmap and new features into expansion messaging.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to target accounts and coordinate outbound plays via Outreach.
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns: email, in-app messaging, webinars, events.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand gen, or revenue programs.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, buying triggers, and lifecycle behaviors for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Ability to craft persuasive, value-driven messaging for existing customers.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success in a revenue-centric environment.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret signals and campaign data for expansion opportunities.
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns and working with Marketing Operations on workflow and measurement.
