📋 Description

  • Designing and running multi-channel demand gen campaigns across paid, email and content.
  • Owning campaign delivery end-to-end—from briefing to reporting and optimization.
  • Writing audience-focused copy for emails, ads and landing pages.
  • Managing and optimizing HubSpot workflows to improve targeting and lead quality.
  • Partnering with Sales to measure funnel and tie activity to revenue.
  • Building and launching new demand generation initiatives as we scale.

🎯 Requirements

  • Has independently built and delivered demand gen campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Has experience experimenting across multiple channels, both digital and offline.
  • Writes well - audience-aware copy is a core part of this role.
  • Understands marketing automation (HubSpot ideal; Salesforce bonus) and uses data to decide.
  • Enjoys building things from scratch rather than simply maintaining what exists.
  • Works effectively with Sales and understands the connection between marketing activity and revenue outcomes.
