- Writes well - audience-aware copy is a core part of this role.
- Understands marketing automation (HubSpot ideal; Salesforce bonus) and uses data to decide.
- Enjoys building things from scratch rather than simply maintaining what exists.
- Works effectively with Sales and understands the connection between marketing activity and revenue outcomes.
