  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, 6sense, Google Ads) to hit goals.
  • Own campaign performance measurement across the funnel; test and optimize.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Operations for tracking and reporting.
  • Execute ABM campaigns as part of an omni-channel demand strategy.
  • Work with Sales and SDR to align campaigns with priorities and pipeline.
  • Partner with Events & Field Marketing to drive attendance and post-event pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-6 years of B2B SaaS marketing, focus on demand gen.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue via paid/integrated campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with rapid experimentation and optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales; SDR alignment a plus.
  • Tech stack: Marketing Ops & CRM (Marketo, Salesforce, Clay), ABM/Intent (6sense).
  • Experience marketing AI-driven solutions to technical and business buyers (industrial tech).
