Lead post-sale technical engagements for startup and emerging enterprise customers
Act as the technical lead across all Databricks products; communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Drive onboarding, go-live, and production workloads adoption for prioritized use cases
Coordinate with Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support
Create and execute a plan to accelerate use cases into production; coordinate with PS
Partner with Product and Engineering on innovations and upgrades

🎯 Requirements

5+ years delivering technical projects in Data and AI
Python, SQL or Scala programming
Customer-facing pre-sales/technical architecture or consulting experience
Distributed data systems architecture understanding
Ability to map business value to project deliverables
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; travel up to 30%
