Delivery Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use-case demand for prioritized customers.
• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for top use cases.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for use cases across multiple teams to enable go-live.
• First contact for production/go-live technical issues across use cases.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, onboarding and Support; escalate when needed.
• Create and execute a POV to accelerate production; coordinate with PS.
• Engage Product/Engineering for new product innovations, previews and upgrades.
• Develop an execution plan for all customer-facing tech teams and work streams.
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to the Technical GM.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering technical data/AI projects and programs.
• Programming in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, tech architecture, or consulting.
• Understanding distributed data systems and solution architecture.
• Ability to tie business value to project deliverables.
• Technical program/project management with stakeholders and resources.
• Experience resolving high-stakes escalations with senior executives.
• Experience leading discovery workshops, roadmaps, business analysis, and delivery.
• Track record of overachievement against quota/targets.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.
