📋 Description

• Own and drive customer growth by leading executive relationships and coordinating internal teams.
• Partner with strategic customers to deploy and operationalize use cases in production.
• Define and execute post-sales technical plans across the Databricks product portfolio.
• Serve as primary post-sale technical lead, guiding technical direction.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to execs.
• Develop and align execution plans across all customer-facing tech teams; travel up to 25%.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in CS/IT/Engineering or related field + 2 years data/AI delivery.
• Or Bachelor’s with 5 years post-degree data/AI delivery.
• Programming in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with Spark/Hadoop/Hive/Kafka.
• Cloud design on AWS/Azure/GCP; distributed data systems.
• Customer-facing pre-sales or technical-architecture experience.
