📋 Description

  • Provide customers with configuration advice, training, and problem resolution during setup.
  • Design and configure Five9’s platform for each customer’s requirements.
  • Troubleshoot software solutions in various configurations, remotely or on-site.
  • Provide customized training to ensure customers thoroughly understand solutions.
  • Articulate the value of Five9’s Professional Services in demos and discussions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of consulting in cloud computing or telephony.
  • Experience implementing TDM/VoIP Call Center solutions; Five9 exp preferred.
  • Strong CRM/Lead Management knowledge (Salesforce, Siebel, NetSuite, RightNow, Velocify) preferred.
  • Willing to travel up to 5-10% regionally with possible international travel.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management; multitask with little oversight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience is required.
  • Technical certifications are a plus.
