- Troubleshoot software solutions in various configurations, remotely or on-site.

- Articulate the value of Five9’s Professional Services in demos and discussions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of consulting in cloud computing or telephony.
- Experience implementing TDM/VoIP Call Center solutions; Five9 exp preferred.
- Strong CRM/Lead Management knowledge (Salesforce, Siebel, NetSuite, RightNow, Velocify) preferred.
- Willing to travel up to 5-10% regionally with possible international travel.
- Self-starter with excellent time management; multitask with little oversight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience is required.
- Technical certifications are a plus.
