Lead end-to-end delivery of Spend/card implementations across EMEA.
Translate requirements into actionable implementation plans; orchestrate cross-functional teams.
Advise on ERP/HRIS/API integrations; design scalable architectures.
Partner with Sales, Product, Ops, Risk to ensure go-live success.
Role based in Tel Aviv (4 days in office) with EMEA coverage.
Create internal docs and playbooks to support scale.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or project management.
4+ years client-facing delivery in SaaS/fintech environments.
Proven cross-functional delivery with exec stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication; steering meetings.
Experience delivering ERP/accounting/expense platforms (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero).
