  • Ensure agendas distributed 24 hours before meetings; capture action items
  • Manage scheduling for teams across multiple time zones (PST to UTC+8)
  • Maintain the platform intake process; log and triage requests
  • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and schedule changes early
  • Partner with Product Owner to align the roadmap and communicate updates

  • 3+ years of program or project management in tech
  • Experience managing cross-team dependencies and stakeholder communication
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and documentation
  • Strong written communication; ability to produce status updates and materials
  • Ability to work independently; manage competing priorities; escalate issues
