• Lead, coach and enable your consulting team
• Manage team utilization and skill sets
• Engage with the customer - build trust and relationships
• Work with project management to assign resources
• Manage risks, changes, and escalation; be the escalation point for the customer
• Manage stakeholders and ensure delivery milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing people
• 7+ years of experience in a professional services organization
• Extensive knowledge of PS metrics
• Understanding of legal requirements for Professional Services
• Familiarity with subcontracting process and management
• Desire to create and build vs. manage and maintain
