  • Act as the primary operational contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Lead client-facing ceremonies: sprint reviews, planning, retros, and status calls.
  • Own delivery plan for each account: sprint cadence, release schedule, capacity, backlog health.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in delivery or client-facing PM in a digital agency, consultancy, or managed services.
  • Experience managing continuous delivery/retainer accounts, not fixed-scope projects.
  • Experience managing Scrum Masters or delivery practitioners; improve teams through mentorship.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento) is a meaningful asset.
  • Comfortable with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
  • Strong communicator at senior stakeholder level; data-driven with velocity, burn-down, and SLA metrics.
