- Track velocity, burn-down, and delivery health across accounts.

π― Requirements
- 5+ years in delivery or client-facing PM in a digital agency, consultancy, or managed services.
- Experience managing continuous delivery/retainer accounts, not fixed-scope projects.
- Experience managing Scrum Masters or delivery practitioners; improve teams through mentorship.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento) is a meaningful asset.
- Comfortable with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
- Strong communicator at senior stakeholder level; data-driven with velocity, burn-down, and SLA metrics.
