🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years FS/Banking delivery; 2-3 years as Delivery Lead on digital banking.
- Proven delivery of complex change in regulated environments incl. 2LoD.
- Strong backlog and stakeholder management; run governance forums and trade-offs.
- Tools: Jira + Confluence (or equivalent) for planning and traceability.
- Nice-to-have: Corporate Banking domain knowledge (payments, cash mgmt, trade).
- Nice-to-have: Integration-heavy landscapes (REST/SOAP, MQ) and data migration.
