- Lead an end-to-end corporate banking workstream from design to go-live.
- Balance scope, schedule, budget, and risks; run steerco reporting.
- Define product vision and backlog; translate outcomes into epics/features.
- Drive Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban/Lean) with release governance.
- Own stakeholders across Business/IT/Ops/Risk/2LoD; communicate transparently.
- Oversee go-live readiness: cutover, migration, training, hypercare, KPI tracking.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in FS/Banking delivery; 2-3 years as Delivery Lead / Senior PM.
- Proven delivery of complex change in a regulated environment incl. engagement with 2nd line of defence.
- Strong backlog and stakeholder management; run governance forums and trade-offs quickly.
- Jira + Confluence (or equivalent) for planning, traceability, and reporting.
- Nice-to-have: Corporate Banking domain (payments, cash mgmt, trade, entitlements).
- Nice-to-have: Integration-heavy landscapes (REST/SOAP, MQ).
