- Maintain the DAM: upload assets, tag metadata, ensure discoverability; enforce naming/ingest standards.
- First-line support: answer questions from creative/ops/accounts; triage issues; document resolutions.
- Training: develop onboarding materials for DAM users and asset library.
- QA and governance: monitor asset integrity, usage rights, and compliance; enforce processes to reduce errors.
- Collaborate with internal teams across North and Latin America.
- Log bugs and feature requests; track workflow improvements with dev teams.
- Stock and licensing: liaise with stock houses; review, acquire and distribute licenses.
- Coordinate with creative, account, legal and procurement on pricing and licensing.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5 years in Digital Asset Management in advertising/marketing or creative.
- Hands-on DAM experience; Adobe AEM preferred; admin/curator.
- Asset types: image, video, audio, fonts, templates.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Experience with creative, operations and account teams; train end users.
- Process-driven; document workflows and training materials.
- Work independently across time zones; manage priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills; build relationships in a global org.
