📋 Description

• Own delivery performance and programme execution for iGaming.
• Part of the iGaming leadership team; governance across the portfolio.
• Shape early opportunities; contribute to proposals, RFPs and pitches.
• Build market credibility at industry events via iGaming expertise.
• Set up delivery teams with governance, frameworks and tooling.
• Lead, coach and develop iGaming delivery professionals.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep iGaming sector experience.
• Proven delivery leadership in consultancy or client side.
• Operate at COO/CTO/CIO peer level; challenge senior stakeholders.
• Clear delivery philosophy; mix of agile and structured methods.
• Experience building or scaling delivery capability/CoEs.
• Genuine interest in AI for delivery improvements.
• Comfortable with pace, ambiguity and portfolio complexity.
