Plan weekly work across Dubai Hop sites to maximize impact while ensuring compliance.
Lead and develop site teams (2-4 per site) to achieve objectives.
Manage HR/ER, recruitment, onboarding for HOP teams.
Drive KPI targets and operational excellence; minimise wastage and stock loss.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance and conduct regular audits.
Host meetings, review customer feedback, and improve the customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 3-4 years grocery experience
Strong P&L and KPI management
Proven project management capability
Commercial acumen to grow Order Volume & GMV
Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety compliance
Experience leading a team, including recruiting, training, and developing
